Meet Dr. Bassam Michiel - Madera, CA

Dr. Bassam Michiel is described by patients as caring, gentle, and friendly. He grew up in Fresno where he attended Fresno State for his undergraduate studies in Molecular and Cellular Biology. He then went to U.C. San Francisco to study dentistry where he was awarded the Kellogg Scholarship. Dr. Michiel then returned to the Central Valley to do his dental residency at Fresno’s CRMC. Dr Michiel is committed to excellence in dentistry through continuing education, investing in technology, and working with patients to prevent further disease using the risk model. He continues to be involved in dental mission trips to Mexico, Honduras, El Salvador, and Nicaragua to provide much needed dental care to the people of Central America. He enjoys spending his free time with family and friends. He enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors while taking landscape and wildlife photos. He’s currently the drummer for The Radiant Prime. He also enjoys taking his racecar to the track.
